It is not standard practice to have a Survey prior to purchase in Spain. However, if you would like one for your own piece of mind, they usualy cost around 400-500 Euros.
We can supply you details of a reputable English speaking Spanish firm of Surveyors who are well known and have a good contact network in town, and who have through our experience always provided a very good service
Car Registration
We would reccomend you always getting legal advice when buying a property. It is unlikely you would purchase a house in England without any legal consultation, so why not do it in Spain where you are not even as familiar with the system, and may struggle with the language.
