If you put your property with us on a sole agency basis, we will charge 2.5% commission of the sales price.  Multi agency is 5%.  The length of the contract is down to you.
We charge one month's rent as our finders fee for an 11 month let.  Obviously if the rental is for only 3 or 6 months, this is charged pro-rata.  Please enquiry for holiday rates.
